Prohibited content
- Illegal content, or content that facilitates illegal activity.
- Content that sexually exploits or endangers children.
- Harassment, hate speech, or content that incites violence.
- Malware, phishing pages, or sites designed to collect credentials or payment details deceptively.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
Deception and impersonation
- Impersonating real people, brands or organisations without authorisation.
- Fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements or misleading health and financial claims.
- Coordinated inauthentic behaviour or disinformation campaigns.
Platform abuse
- Attempting to bypass usage limits, billing or security controls.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering or overloading the Service.
- Using the Service to build a competing AI model or to extract model outputs at scale.
- Reselling access without a written agreement.
Model provider policies
Because Oceantix is powered by Claude, your use must also comply with Anthropic's Usage Policy.
Enforcement
We may remove content, unpublish sites or apps, or suspend accounts that violate this policy. Where appropriate, we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the issue.
