These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Oceantix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Oceantix") and govern your use of our websites, builders, reports and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
The Service
Oceantix lets you generate, customise, audit and publish websites and mobile applications using AI models. We may add, change or remove features over time and will give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect paid plans.
Your content and ownership
You retain all rights to the prompts, materials and assets you provide ("Inputs"). Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Oceantix assigns to you any rights it has in the websites, apps, code and copy generated for you ("Outputs").
You grant Oceantix a limited licence to host, process and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
AI-generated outputs
Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs — including code, claims and legal text — before publishing or relying on them.
Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate it.
Plans, fees and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes, which are charged where required.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as AI model providers, hosting and app stores. Your use of app stores and other third-party platforms is subject to their own terms.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practical. You can export your Outputs for 30 days after termination unless prohibited by law.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oceantix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in [City], India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
